Core Objective
In this single-player card puzzle, the goal is to move every card from a randomly arranged tableau into four foundation piles. Each foundation must contain cards of the same suit, arranged from the lowest to the highest rank. Success requires careful planning and a clear understanding of sequence rules.
Tableau Management
The main playing area consists of several columns of cards, some face-up and some face-down. You can transfer cards between columns, but only when they follow a descending rank order and alternate in color. This restriction adds a layer of strategy, as you must decide which moves will help reveal hidden cards and create new opportunities.
Stock and Waste
When no more moves are possible on the tableau, you can draw from a reserve pile located at the top left of the screen. Each draw provides a fresh card that may be placed on a foundation or used to extend a column sequence. Managing this reserve wisely is key to maintaining forward progress.
Undo and Flexibility
Mistakes happen, and this version accommodates them with an undo function that lets you reverse any single move. This feature encourages experimentation, allowing you to try different approaches without penalty. The absence of a timer or score means you can take as long as you need to evaluate each decision.
Visual Design
The interface uses clear, readable card graphics with a minimal layout that reduces distractions. Cards are easy to distinguish by suit and rank, and the overall design focuses on functionality. This simplicity helps you concentrate on the puzzle rather than on navigating complex menus or animations.
Accessibility
Because the game runs directly in a web browser, there is no need to download or install anything. It works on most devices with an internet connection, making it easy to play during short breaks or while traveling. The straightforward rules mean that even first-time players can start a round within seconds.
